1General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8989 platform accessible at 8989.bar ("Platform"). By registering an account or accessing the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 8989 and accept these Terms in full.

8989 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users located in the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 8989 platform you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be located in the Philippines at the time of use
• Be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction currently in effect
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable laws

8989 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one account on the 8989 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Deposits are made through supported Philippine banking and e-wallet channels. The available payment methods are displayed in your account when initiating a deposit. 8989 does not accept credit card or cryptocurrency deposits for gaming purposes.

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method. Withdrawals are returned through the same channel as the deposit where possible.

• Funds in your 8989 wallet do not earn interest
• Dormant account policies apply to accounts with no activity over an extended period
• 8989 is not a financial institution and your wallet balance is not a bank deposit

5Bonuses and Promotions

8989 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms when you opt in.

General conditions that apply to all 8989 promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

6Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on the 8989 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and eBingo — operate under their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game or game section. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules.

The following conduct is prohibited on the 8989 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to participate in games or interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is excluded from the platform

All game outcomes on 8989 are generated by certified systems. Results for slots, eBingo, and RNG-based casino games are independently generated on each play. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game in progress, 8989 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. This applies to situations where an error materially affects the outcome of a game.

7Account Suspension and Termination

8989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited. Deposits that are not linked to the violation will generally be returned after investigation, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.

8Limitation of Liability

8989 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for continuous access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of delays. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 8989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection are adequate for accessing the 8989 platform. 8989 is not liable for losses caused by a player's own technical environment.

9Responsible Gaming

These Terms, together with any specific terms for individual games, promotions, or features, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8989 regarding your use of the platform.
